As Lindo continues to grow, we are looking for a distinguished trainee in the field of human resources development (Tamkeen Program) with an entrepreneurial and accurate spirit to support our initiatives in the fields of human resources, culture and learning at the company level. In this role, you will gain practical experience by contributing to projects that contribute to employee development, enhance employee engagement, and improve their overall experience, while supporting Lindo's mission to build a high-performance work culture that prioritizes employees.
You'll collaborate closely with the HR and talent teams on a range of learning, culture, and employee experience initiatives, and support the design and implementation of programs that help our teams grow and thrive. Job requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Learning and development
Supporting the design and implementation of learning and development initiatives, including mentoring programs, training courses, and capacity building projects.
Help develop educational materials, tools, and internal resources.
Help track employee interaction and feedback on learning initiatives to support continuous improvement.
HR projects and corporate culture
Supporting HR initiatives and corporate culture, such as values, interaction programs, employee experience improvement, and internal communication.
Contributing to cross-functional projects that improve the methods of team collaboration, communication and development.
Assisting in research, setting standards, and preparing insights for human resources projects.
Employee experience and interaction
Help design and coordinate employee interaction initiatives, internal events, and corporate culture building activities.
Supporting communication initiatives that promote culture, consensus, and belonging throughout the organization.
Collect employee feedback and support action planning for HR initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Eligible for the Tamheer Program (Saudi citizen, recent graduate).
Excellent communication, organization and cooperation skills.
Real interest in employee affairs and culture, training and development, and employee experience.
Ability to work efficiently on multiple projects in a rapidly evolving work environment.
Proficiency in English and Arabic.
