Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, engineering, operations management, or a related field. A master's degree or related professional certifications (such as: Lean Six Sigma, PMP, CBAP) are preferred.

At least 8-10 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, operational excellence, or a similar role, with a strong preference for experience in the financial services or fintech sector.

A successful track record in identifying, designing and implementing significant process improvements that led to tangible results (such as: cost savings, increased efficiency, and reduced risks).

A deep understanding of credit life cycle processes in a lending environment is a great advantage.

Strong analytical skills and problem solving ability, with the ability to break down complex problems and propose practical solutions.

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency in the use of process mapping tools (such as Visio, Lucidchart, Miro) and project management software.

Experience working in a fast and flexible startup environment is a plus.

Proficiency in English and Arabic is required.

A deep understanding of the Saudi business context and the local regulatory landscape is an added advantage.
