Job Description

At Lindo, we are a leading financial technology company reshaping the financial ecosystem in Saudi Arabia. Our innovative digital platform empowers companies by providing effective and Sharia-compliant financial solutions. As we expand, we're looking for a digital sales specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll focus on identifying and nurturing potential customers, conducting effective communication, and leveraging the HubSpot CRM system to drive growth in the group lending market.   • Generate leads
    • Research and identify new potential customers in the group lending industry.
    • Using electronic platforms, social media, and digital tools to build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers.
  • Qualifying potential customers:
    • Evaluating potential customers to ensure their compatibility with Lindo's financial solutions and services.
    • Communicate with potential customers to understand their financing needs and evaluate their suitability for our offers.
  • Cold calling and communication:
    • Initiate and manage outgoing calls to potential customers, while clearly communicating Lindo's value proposition.
    • Follow up on potential customers resulting from marketing campaigns and communication efforts.
  • Managing a customer relationship management system:
    • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions using HubSpot CRM.
    • Track and update the sales pipeline regularly to reflect each lead's status and opportunity.
  • Reporting and analysis:
    • Generate regular reports on lead generation performance, sales metrics, and conversion rates.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations to improve sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the team:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with broader campaigns.
    • Share insights and feedback with your sales team to improve conversion rates and overall performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in digital sales, lead generation, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar customer relationship management software.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • Experience in the field of financial technology or group lending is an added advantage.
