Lendo App Shows Real-Time Investment Status

Lendo released a new mobile app feature today, providing investors with timely updates on the status of investments due for repayment.

Designed to keep you informed and provide transparency at every step of your investment journey, the feature helps investors track whether an opportunity is delayed or facing financial issues.

How to Use the Feature:

1. Open the Lendo app.
2. Navigate to your portfolio.
3. Select the investment opportunity you want to check.
4. At the top of the opportunity page, you’ll see its status—whether it’s on track, late, or troubled.

Understanding Delays and Troubled Investments:

• Late Opportunities: If a company delays payment beyond 16 days from the due date, the opportunity is marked as late. Lendo follows up closely, and a fine may be applied, that Lendo donates to charitable organizations.
• Troubled Opportunities: If an opportunity exceeds 90 days past repayment due date, Lendo initiates legal action to secure payments in compliance with the Saudi Central Bank's regulations.
